It was my first dual POV novel and the first where I got to play with formatting from my TV background. Married Blind includes transcript-style interviews between the "cast" and their producer. I’d love to turn it into a series one day.
I was so scared in the build up to and during writing this book. Jared Michaels was a tough nut to crack and he held onto his secrets for as long as he could. All I knew going in was that he was troubled, something was bothering him enough that book after book, his behaviour became more and more abhorrent.
I think he’s one of the only characters I’ve written who has had to go through drastic changes from the first to last page. It was a well-fought journey.
