Welcome. This site is run by Morgana Bevan (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using morganabevan.com you agree to these terms — they’re short, fair, and written in plain English. If anything is unclear, get in touch.
The short version
- Everything here — the books, sample chapters, bonus scenes, articles, artwork — is mine and protected by copyright.
- Read and enjoy it for yourself; don’t republish, resell, or use the books or bonus material to train AI systems.
- The bands, actors, tabloid stories and “New Hollywood” articles are fiction. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
- Purchases are handled by my store provider or the retailer you choose — their terms apply at checkout.
- Be nice, don’t break things, and we’ll get along famously.
It’s all fiction
A large part of this site is an extension of my story world: the bands, their members, the actors of the Kings of Screen, the gossip columns, interviews, “Spotted” photos and New Hollywood articles are all fictional entertainment created to accompany my novels. They are not news, and any resemblance to real people, bands, or events is entirely coincidental.
Copyright & what you may do
All content on this site — text, sample chapters, bonus scenes, vault content, character art, images, and branding — is © Morgana Bevan unless stated otherwise, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share links to any page, and quote short excerpts for reviews or social posts with credit. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, or adapt the content, or use my books or bonus material to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence systems, without my written permission. Search engines and recommendation tools may link to and describe public pages so readers can find the books.
Bonus content & the vault
Bonus scenes, extended epilogues and vault material are a thank-you to readers. Access codes are for your personal use — please don’t publish or circulate them. I may add, change, or retire bonus content at any time.
Buying books
The store is operated through my e-commerce provider (currently Payhip), and “buy” links may take you to retailers such as Amazon, Apple Books, or Kobo. Your purchase — including payment, delivery, and refunds — is governed by the terms of the store or retailer that completes it. Some outgoing links are affiliate links; they cost you nothing extra.

Joining the VIP list is optional and free, and you can unsubscribe with one click at any time. How your details are handled is covered in theprivacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site: no bulk-downloading book or bonus content, no attempting to bypass access controls (including vault codes), no interfering with how the site runs, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Third-party links
The site links out to retailers, streaming platforms, and social networks I don’t control. I’m not responsible for their content or how they operate.
No guarantees
The site is provided “as is”. I work hard to keep it accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and I may change or remove content at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, I won’t be liable for losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales — though I’d much rather you justsent me a message first.
